Around Europe and accross the Atlantic !
From Spain to Martinique via France, Italy, and Montenegro, the various races at the end of this year will take Conrad from a tour of the Mediterranean to a crossing of the Atlantic.
A busy end to the sporting year
Around Europe with team Amaala
While the second quarter of 2025 was devoted to recovery after the Vendée Globe, visits from sponsors, the search for new partners, and minor repairs to the MSIG Europe boat, the third quarter will be dedicated to sailing!
The start of the 2025 season will have a taste of the sea for Conrad aboard the IMOCA Amaala as co-skipper to his good friend swiss sailor Alan Roura in “The Ocean Race Europe.”
This tour of Europe with stages is an opportunity to sail with a crew on a foiling boat with a skipper he particularly likes, an experience that promises to be rich in learning. From Cartagena to Nice, then Genoa, and finally Boka Bay (Montenegro), with a crew of four and a media man/woman, the stages will follow one another at a steady pace, with sailing planned in each of the host cities.
Café L'Or Transat
After returning from Montenegro and taking a short break in Brittany, he will be headed to Le Havre for another challenge at the end of the year: the Transat Café Or, a double-handed transatlantic race with an unusual co-skipper, Mathieu Blanchard. Better known on land than at sea, Mathieu is an exceptional trail runner (winner of the Diagonal des Fous, the Yukon Arctic Ultra, etc.) who wanted to take on a new challenge: crossing the Atlantic in a Formula 1 boat.
Although the two teammates will have little time to train together, they share the same values and a common desire to push their limits. While Mathieu will have to adapt to this powerful boat and an environment that is completely new to him, Conrad will have to test his endurance on steep trails! The goal for both athletes is to participate in the Transmartinique, each over their own distance, a few weeks after their arrival in the Caribbean!
The Transat Café l'Or will set sail on October 26 in Le Havre. You can follow all these adventures on the following social media channels:

Sailing with a crew is an experience I'm not used to, but I find it very interesting. It's exciting to sail with other sailors and learn from their strengths while trying to help the team progress. I still love solo sailing, but I enjoy this collective experience.
